Sunset Message

The MotiNetwork will cease to exist March 31st, 2018
Google has done a wonderful job pulling the plug on all of our traffic, and at this point, the sites cost more to run in server resources than the income they bring in. Its been a hell of 10 year ride, but the time has come to sunset the network.

Obama's Hypocrisy On Slain Children - politics

President Obama spoke at the University of Hartford on April 8, renewing his call for stricter gun control laws following the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School last December. One cannot but support him in this effort. But he will be seen, especially by the rest of the world, as duplicitous if he does not also stop the drone and warplane attacks in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen that have killed hundreds of innocent people, including children and women. Just Saturday, a U.S. aircraft deployed under NATO's command killed 10 children in Afghanistan ["Afghans: Airstrike Killed Civilians," Hartford Courant, April 8, 2013]. The president has expressed no regret for this slaughter, which is often characterized as "collateral damage." Secretary of State John Kerry, on the other hand, expressed much sorrow at the killing of a young U.S. diplomat there at the same time by the Taliban. Such actions are war crimes under international law. The world rightly disdains such arrogance when American lives are valued more than others. And one should remember, the U.S./NATO forces are the belligerent occupiers in Afghanistan while the Taliban, whatever one feels about their philosophy and behavior, are its legitimate residents.

you should know by now that I have been against the corrupt Rinos as well.

...conservative values.
crankyhead - October 22, 2013, 11:16 am
Furthermore, one could argue that corrupt liberals aren't really promoting liberalism, are they? Much in the same way that corrupt conservatives who try to skirt around the legislative process in order to repeal obamacare, aren't really promoting...
crankyhead - October 22, 2013, 11:14 am
The corruption argument is a good one, granted. You should be wary of believing that only one side of the aisle is trying to corrupt the process of good governance. Shutdown ring a bell?
StoneTools - October 22, 2013, 9:04 am
In the 2013-2014 election cycle, the going rate for a Democratic a**ignment as the ranking member on a top committee like the House Ways and Means or Financial Services Committees is $500,000.
JGalt - October 22, 2013, 6:42 am
The implementation of it here by corrupt politicians is... but you can't see that because you don't live here.

LOL. Nice. And thanks for the freebie. =)

New York is pretty cold, just sayin'. Liberalism isn't evil JG. Stop drinking the Hannity Kool-Aid.
JGalt - October 21, 2013, 10:41 pm
liberalism in Canada is not as evil as it is here, and lazy libtards don't want to live in the cold when they can get more freebies from California or New York, that's what keeps the Canadian system working....better than here.

I'm feeling generous today. I can see liberal stupidity from my house!

I guess it's safe to joke about that when the victim is white. Wonder how many blacks said that about Trayvon Martin

Profiling of another color. Martin was victim of racial profiling - politics

In response to the July 2 letter to the Belleville News-Democrat by Frank Austin regarding the shooting of Trayvon Martin, a few points of clarification. First, he asserts Trayvon "brought it upon himself" by "acting suspiciously." What was this alleged suspicious activity? By all accounts Trayvon was only walking home (yes, he lived there with his father) talking to his girlfriend on his cell. This is typical teenage behavior seen every day, everywhere. Why did George Zimmerman deem it suspicious? My conclusion: Trayvon was walking while black. No other suspicious activity has been offered. Second, Austin infers Zimmerman is a "law enforcement officer in performance of his duty." Blatant obfuscation. He is not a law enforcement officer. He is a civilian volunteer on Neighborhood Watch. Keyword is watch. His duty is to observe and report, not trail and confront. He was given a direct order to stay in his vehicle and cease following. He disobeyed a lawful order, thus putting him in violation of the law. Now we have an armed criminal menacing an unarmed 17-year-old. Why shouldn't Trayvon defend himself? Who wouldn't? Third, Zimmerman's intent. According to his own statements he was tired of these (expletive) punks always getting away. Trayvon became a scapegoat for his paranoid-driven rage against hooliganism. To him Trayvon was the stereotypical criminal -- a young, black male wearing a hoodie. He wasn't going to let him get away with any imaginary crime. Trayvon died because of Zimmerman's paranoid racist fantasies.

Why are all of his pictures 10 years old? he is 17, not 7 as is this picture. And disobeying a law enforcement officer is NOT BREAKING THE LAW. I cop told me to shower with clothing on (not kidding), am I a criminal for washing my junk?
MashiMashi - August 29, 2013, 1:07 pm
There are two wildly different and divergent differences in this case, and they're both correct, IE Zimmerman didn't know what race Trayvon was because of the hoodie just saw a suspiciouse person, Trayvon wore the hoodie to protect him from the rain. Zim
Renza - August 25, 2013, 8:52 pm
Give him a couple weeks and the fundy personality will come back out and start screaming about how obama is burning down the country while black people are trying to kill us in our sleep, or something like that.
StoneTools - August 25, 2013, 7:17 pm
Not likely. Vicky just finds sites around the internet that have posters, downloads them, and reposts them here with his name as the tag. Besides, the items you refer to don't fit the racist liberal narrative
kellyvanrijn - August 25, 2013, 6:16 pm
I wonder if the poster will now send in a new post about the 89 year old WW2 vet murdered by two black youths, or the Aussie student in OK killed by two black and a white youth as part of a gang initiation? Didn't think so...
